Wood Duck by Tom Autonishak

Fred's Anecdotal Note

1992 NEW YORK

A quartet of downy dueklings seek the security of their parents' company in a secluded New york woodiands. Green spring foliage and a rushing mountain brook provide a lovely setting for this newly expanded family. The wary mother woodduck stands alert to any potenlial threat displaying her brightly colored wing feathers. A young son sits close to his handsome father duplicating exactly the elder's position. This magnificent hand-painted cachet is a personal favorite for the year and I am pleased to present it for your collection.

There were 250 covers produced and they were cancered at the state capitol of Albany.
