1994 OHIO

With a face value of eleven dollars, the Ohio Duck Stamp is now one of the highest of all the state issues. My hlnd-painted cachet piciures a mother mallard keeping watch on her brood of eight cute litt1e ducklings. The colors used are coordinated with those in the stamp which shows a pair of mallards swimming in an Ohio wetlands.
