This superb MILFORD Migratory Bird stamp First Day Cover is a personal favorite. It presents the lovely woodduck in a striking cachet close-up pose that makes it one of the finest hand-painted "Ducks" you,ll ever encounter. Note the delicate color blending in the beak, the realism of the penetrating eye, and the ever-so-slight lavendar head feathers just visible among the dominant vibrant greens. A spectacular "woodie".

Adding to the appeal of this FDC is the well executed stamp design featuring a swimming pair. Serial numbers used were 3661 to 3800.
