1995 FLORIDA

Across a Florida sandbar stroll two Fulvous Whistling Ducks. One stands at the edge of a channel and one by a small tidal pool left by the outgoing water. Perched on a nearby piling is a pelican, and a shorebird glides effortlessly over the sandbar. The glow of the morning sun brightens a palm-crowned hillside in the distance.

A Tallahassee postmark ties the new stamp to the cover. 180 were produced with stamp serial numbers 3081-01 to 3098-10.
