A terrific "Capitol Station" Raleigh postmark ties the new stamp to this MILFORD FDC. Serial numbers 4501 to 4680 are the ones to be found on this Iimited edition Duck Cover. A "traditionaI" watercolor style is used on the hand-painted cachet. A liberal use of blue and green pastels contrasts with darker earth tones. A female joins two male ringneck ducks for a quiet swim on a serene pond.
