1996 FLORIDA

A male common goldeneye duck swj-ms in the green waters of a Florida coastal river. It is recognized by the white tuft by its bill which is easily visible against the deep green head. As the duck swims amid the attractive water hyacinths a nearby manatee gobbles them for lunch as this timid twelve foot "sea cow" lives so1eIy on aquatic plants.

The serial numbers are designated in groups of ten from 2974-01 to 2988-10. A total of 150 were produced for this limited edition hand-painted MILFORD and the Day of Issue cancel is from Tallahassee.
