Alvin Ailey is the best known American choreographer in many parts of the world. He worked hard to bring modern dance to the general public. He pioneered the effort to combine blues and gospel music with ballet, modern dance, and jazz. My hand painted cachet features the strong personal connection that performers were able to achieve while dancing under Ailey's guidance.

I am pleased to present the first two choreographers in this mini-set of four. Alvin Ailey (K3802) and George Balanchine (K3804) at$12.25 each.
