Santa's Sled

An unusual and eye-catching border frames this third Gingerbread cachet in my series of four. A cookie sled is being pulled by a red-nosed cookie reindeer in front of a background of cookie trees and gingerbread houses. Since-this new-stamp has-a green door, that is the color I featured in this individually watercolored cachet.

The rope harness is green as are the trees lining the sled's holiday route. The ornate "G" — which is a signature feature of all the covers in this mini-set — is green. And, of course, the doors on the trio of gingerbread houses in the background are green. Santa's Sled within its distinctive frame is now available. Collins #U5203 at $14.00.
