The new stamp shows Bugs with his Superman cape. It is tied to the envelope with a bullseye first day of issue postmark. The individually hand painted cachet shows the man of steel in a typicai pose in front of the Gothic City skyline.

Bugs runs in place nearby feeling an urge to work out being so elose to Superman. Note the upright ears, the clenched fist, the feet up on his toes, and a look of contentment on his face.
