1990 NEW YORK

My emphasis on this MILFORD Duck cover is the coordination of the colors aqua and pink which are set against a white background. Both the decoy and New York postage stamps have white backgrounds and this adds to the exciting visual effect of the water and flowers. My hand-painted cachet features a pair of swimming canvasbacks as does the Duck stamp.

The New York stamps are not individually numbered -- 259 were produced. The three stamps are tied to the cover with a concise postmark from Albany.
