A vivid head close-up of the attractive Woodduck makes this MILFORD hand-painted cachet a distinctive coIlectibIe. The State stamp is the Tenth Anniversary Edition and is so indicated. I was very pleased with the philatelic cancel as it tied the three stamps very nicely to the cover.
